I’m a professional actor and stunt performer who believes the best stories are lived before they’re filmed.
Long before the cameras, I spent more than 25 years coaching youth in swimming and martial arts, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and discipline that carries into every part of life. I earned my 5th Degree Black Belt through decades of training and continue to study disciplines including Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Taekwondo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Martial arts shaped how I lead, how I teach, and how I show up when it matters most.
That foundation carried into entrepreneurship and community leadership. I’ve owned five martial arts schools, led teams of 20+ instructors, and served as a Franchise Business Consultant for a national brand, guiding more than 50 franchisee owners in marketing, operations, and leadership systems.
Today, I build mission-driven ventures like Family Legacy Fitness, created to strengthen family connection while building habits that create a lasting legacy. I also bring communities together through events like the Homeschool Expo, Gift of Skills Expo, and Family Legacy Conference. I created Next 1 UP Marketing to help business owners tell their story and create customized brands, websites, social media, and strategies to level up your business before it's GAME OVER.
On stage, I have become a sought after keynote speaker who delivers on mindset skills to empower youth, college students, franchisee's and corporate leaders. Each community walks away with tangible skills they will feel inspired to continue to develop long after the conference ends.

I didn’t start with confidence or access to training. As a kid, I found strength and identity through action films and storytelling. Those stories shaped who I wanted to become long before discipline became real.
Over time, training turned into mastery.
Experience turned into stories.
Story turned into performance.
Everything I do today acting, stunts, speaking, and entrepreneurship is built on preparation, consistency, and showing up fully at work and at home.

This belief shapes every role, performance, and decision I make. My family, my habits, and my leadership all start at home. I am a father of 5 awesome children and husband to an incredibly talented wife, Mary Rook. Leading by example and inspiring them to achieve their dreams and goals. I launched Family Legacy Fitness to be more intentional with my own family and create experiences that help shape who they will become. This program is for parents who want to be more intentional with your own family. Our mission is to Strengthen Your Family Connection While Building Habits That Create Your Legacy.

Build From The Ground
Tim’s first business began teaching martial arts in the back of a daycare. With limited resources but a clear purpose, that small program grew into a flagship training facility and eventually scaled into multiple brick-and-mortar locations across Northern Virginia.
That journey shaped his belief in discipline, consistency, and seeing leadership potential in others.
